Return, Transfers, Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Tickets are non-refundable. However, purchasers of tickets may be entitled to a partial refund under the following circumstances:
● The event is cancelled for non-COVID related reasons
● The venue of the event change
2. If the event is cancelled due to COVID restrictions or Government guidelines that significantly alter the event experience, purchasers of tickets may only be entitled to a partial refund.
3. You must have a valid form of photo ID showing the name the matches the name stated on your ticket.
4. By transferring your ticket to a different Fixr account, or accepting a transferred ticket into your Fixr account you are accepting this ticket no-longer eligible for any form of refund. In the case of event cancellation, part refunds will be issued to the original card used when purchasing the ticket. If you accept a transferred ticket, please be aware you will not be able to receive a part refund in the case of cancellation.
Delivery Policy
1. All tickets will be delivered to the buyer immediately following the checkout,
by the following mediums:
a. Email delivery for printed pdf ticket
b. Fixr Ticketing App
Security
1. We take security very seriously and implement 3d Secure and CVV2
and CVC2 verification.
Minimum Age
1. All ticket purchasers must be over the age of 18 year old.
Photography
By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to allow any images taken of you at the event to be used across all and any promotional material by The Enchanted Group Ltd.
