Ticket FAQ’s

+ What is a ticket exchange and do I need to go?

To help make your entrance into The Garden a swift one we ask all gardeners to exchange their E-Tickets for a souvenir EGB wristband. All ticket holders must exchange their E-Ticket for a wristband before attending the event. Please refer to our Fair Ticket Policy for full details.

+ Where and when can I collect my exchanged ticket for the EGB?

Tickets exchanges will take place from midday to 3pm from Sunday 23rd May. For full details, head to our Ticket Exchange page here: https://www.theenchantedgroup.com/ticket-exchange-info

+ What do I need to bring to prove I’m me?

All you will need to collect your EGB ticket is a valid form of photo ID. I.E Driving License or Passport. You may also be ID’d upon entry to the event. You must have ID to match the name displayed on your ticket.

+ I can no longer attend, can I sell my ticket?

Yes, you can sell your ticket using the Skiddle Re:Sell system. We know how frustrating it can be dealing with inflated resale prices and unreliable sources. That’s why we’re partnering with Skiddle’s Re:Sell platform to make ticket reselling safe, fair, and easy for everyone.

🔹 For Ticket Holders: Plans changed? You can now resell your ticket at face value—no extra fees, no hassle. Your ticket will be securely verified and offered directly to real fans.

🔹 For Those Still Looking: Missed out on tickets? Join the waiting list now! The moment tickets become available, they’ll go straight to the queue—giving you a fair chance to buy at the original price.

+ I want to buy a ticket, how can I do this and how much will it cost?

Tickets are now sold out. You can join the Re:Sale here: https://www.skiddle.com/e/42007113

Tickets were released on Monday 9th Febrary at 4pm. Tickets cost £66.50 + BF.

+ What is the Fair Ticket Policy?

We're committed to making EGB accessible to all students and will be implementing new measures to ensure that tickets end up in the hands of genuine ballers, and not scalpers.

What you need to know:Ticket Limit: Each person can purchase a maximum of 2 tickets. This helps prevent scalpers from buying up large quantities and reselling at inflated prices.

No Transfers: Ticket transfers between accounts won't be allowed. If you buy a ticket for a friend, you'll need to collect it on their behalf at the ticket exchange.

ID Required: Every ticket must be exchanged for an event wristband, and the name on the ticket needs to match your ID for collection.

QR Codes Delayed: QR codes on tickets will be issued closer to the event as a further deterrent.
