It's clearly time for a change, and we're delighted to announce that we have teamed up with Skiddle to handle all future ticketing for The Enchanted Garden Ball. We're now ready to unveil your new ticket-buying experience, and the third & final ticket drop for The EGB 24 will happen this Tuesday, 27th Feb at 4 PM.

+ I purchased a ticket through a rep, how do I get my event ticket?

Your digital event ticket will be emailed the address you provided to the ticket rep. Your rep will be in touch to re-confirm your email address and you have until 10am on Friday 1st March to amend the email address provided. 

Tickets will be sent directly to the email address provided. If you create a Skiddle account using the email address provided, your ticket will be automatically sent to your Skiddle account.

+ What do I need to do before tickets are released?

Nothing! You can purchase a ticket at the release without a Skiddle account. The ensure the checkout process is smooth-sailing, we would recommend creating an account before the drop.

+ Will sports teams and societies still get early access?

Yes, those with a Sports Team and Society Password will get access to tickets 15 minutes before general release.

+ Can I buy Sports Team and Society Tickets for my friends who are not part of the society?

No. Sports Team and Society tickets are only available to those who have been given the password code by their group admins.

+ Have any tickets been sold in the postponed drops?

Any tickets that snuck through during the first failed Fixr drop were refunded. The full ticket allocation will be available in this drop.

+ What is a ticket exchange and do I need to go?

To help make your entrance into The Garden a swift one we ask all gardeners to exchange their E-Tickets for a souvenir EGB wristband. All ticket holders must exchange their E-Ticket for a wristband before attending the event.

+ Where and when can I collect my exchanged ticket for the EGB?

Tickets exchange times will be announced in the lead up to the event.

+ What do I need to bring to prove I’m me?

All you will need to collect your EGB ticket is a valid form of photo ID. I.E Driving License or Passport. You may also be ID’d upon entry to the event.

+ Do I need a ticket?

Yes, you will need to bring you E-Ticket to collect your wristband.

+ How many tickets can I buy?

You can purchase up to 4 tickets in a single transaction.

+ Can my friend collect my ticket?/Can I collect my friend’s ticket?

Yes you can. Your friend will need to transfer their ticket to you. Here’s how….

+ How do I transfer a ticket to a friend?

For those of you looking to sell your tickets or transfer multiple purchases to your friends, this can be done in a number of ways. Here’s how…

Any payment for the transfer of tickets should be organised by you with your friend.

Important: Please don’t share tickets with anyone except the friend you wish to transfer tickets to. Multiple transfers will invalidate the tickets.
